So who's organizing this?  Who is "Agent Roberto"?  This project is being organized by volunteers from the community from Rosarito to Ensenada.  It's that simple.  "Agent Roberto" has chosen to remain slightly under cover until the video is made, but a little asking around and you'll probably be able to figure it out.
